How can colleagues and leaders approach and resolve complex interpersonal problems? What successful methods can you use to negotiate organizational priorities, services, or project collaboration? When interacting with someone else, the goal should be to create value, not just to “win” or “get more than the other person.” In this experiential session, we'll talk about improving outcomes, and how this model extends beyond negotiations to conflict resolution more generally.
