A Strategic Resource Allocation Process (SRAP) can address all these concerns. Following a process outlined by Consultant Larry Goldstein, the University Library implemented a SRAP in 2018, and now has a roadmap for resource reallocation that was developed by both staff and leadership. Join us to learn what they did, why they did it, how staff were involved, and what they've learned from the process.
