Why does innovation inspire some people and intimidate others? We will answer this question together through this interactive introduction to Creative Problem Solving. We will use the Osborn-Parnes model, a framework grounded in over 60 years of research, to explore common barriers and bridges to effective problem solving. You will learn how to navigate the creative problem-solving process, balance idea generation and decision-making, and cultivate deliberate creativity. Whether you are working individually or leading a team, this session will help you navigate the creative process more smoothly.
