An interactive session focused on communicating the art of learning from failure. Individuals will learn how to view setbacks as opportunities for growth, which will instill resilience, and a growth mindset. Additionally, participants will be guided in self-reflection and be provided tools for informed decision-making, enabling them to become not only successful individuals but also failure-tolerant leaders.  The following objectives will be achieved during the session:

  1. Analyze the role of failure in personal development
  2. Identify ways to differentiate different types of failure 
  3. Describe tactics that can help with processing the experience of failure
  4. Identify ways that leaders can develop failure-tolerant approaches in their work
