Summary Statement - A comprehensive, end-to-end process review of the University's $3.5B major capital program processes
OUTCOMES
This project aims to review the end-to-end process at a high level, focusing on the intersection of process among areas in order to 1) identify opportunities for improvement for the service providers and customers; 2) generate and prioritize solutions; 3) develop a roadmap for implementation; 4) implement key recommendations through working cross-functional work groups.
