The event begins with a half-day Higher Education Performance Excellence Summit featuring current and past Baldrige Award recipients in the higher education sector. The second day features keynote speakers, concurrent sessions, how-to workshops, and virtual networking events, each with a focus on resilience, agility, and innovation during these challenging times.
