Peer-to-Peer Sharing and Learning
Join colleagues from across UVA for an engaging and collaborative session focused on how we access, interpret, and apply data to inform our work. This is not a training, but a chance to learn from each other, share experiences, exchange ideas, and build practical solutions to strengthen our collective capacity to use data in meaningful ways.
In partnership with Institutional Research and Analytics and in small group discussions, you’ll explore topics such as:
- Analytics: How we develop, enable, and use analytics across the organization to inform decision making and advance institutional priorities.
- Data Fluency: How well do we, collectively, speak the same data language and share knowledge and understanding around our data.
- Engagement: How we interact and engage with data teams across the University to foster partnership, trust, and shared responsibility.
- Strategy: How we plan, provide direction and oversight related to data and analytics initiatives and how data is used strategically to align with organizational goals.
Whether you’re a regular data user or just starting to explore what’s available, you’ll gain practical insights and new perspectives from colleagues across the University.
