- How do we get there?
- How will we know we’ve arrived?
This input will contribute to the development of updated strategic goals to navigate the rapidly changing future of academic publishing.

Crowd-Sourcing Support for Project Work: Accomplish Big Tasks Quickly
|
|
Sharing an approach from the Library Special Collections (LSC) that may be appropriate for your area to adapt and adopt. Twice a year, the LSC team initiates Special Projects Week. During this dedicated time, the organization limits meetings in order to focus on project progress. Together, they work to address critical project tasks and drive outcomes. Any member of the Special Collections team may propose a project for consideration, allowing for multiple projects to be addressed concurrently during this week. All team members may participate, even stepping beyond their usual areas, thereby gaining a holistic perspective on the unit’s work and reinforcing their shared purpose.
