From day-to-day team huddles to large group meetings, the process through which you want to achieve an objective can be easily derailed. Depending on your role, how you manage difficulties, distractions, and unwanted interruptions will set the tone for the success of that meeting and your subsequent relationships and work.

In this session, Emily and Darin will explore a practical framework for when and how to intervene as a meeting strays off course. An approach will be shared that includes the basic components of healthy intervention.

The tools and methodology are provided by The Journey of Facilitation and Collaboration Workshop and designed in partnership with FacilitatorU.com and the University of Wisconsin System.
