As part of the HR Strategic Design initiative, a group of 50 University stakeholders, HR professionals and members of the HR Design Advisory Council across the academic division and the health system participated in a multi-day initial-state design session. The group was addressed by President Sullivan, Pat Hogan, Rick Shannon, and Kerry Abrams who acknowledged the need for a highly effective HR function that aligns with University and Medical Center priorities. The group developed an initial future HR vision and service delivery model. Stakeholders will continue to be engaged as the model is refined.
