About the Presenter: After a career teaching broadcasting, film, and journalism, Randy Salzman began promoting design thinking upon confirmation that bureaucratic demands minimize creative problem-solving and innovation. Adapting Darden B-Schools’ design-thinking process, in part because it is the only DT methodology based in the actual experiences of mid- and upper-level organizational managers, he’s been teaching and writing about design for five years. Randy is the co-author of Design Thinking for the Greater Good and the forthcoming The Innovator's Journey.
