Kathy helped create an exceptional experience when the HR Strategic Design team hosted special events in Zehmer Hall. Kathy's nominators recognized her for customer service and collaboration across many parts of the University. Over the course of several events, she consistently anticipated needs, solved problems, and demonstrated a high-level of responsiveness and attention to detail.
Specifically, Kathy willingly reached out to other colleagues to help meet special requests from the design team. She goes above and beyond, and sets a high standard of excellence.
