Have you ever sat in a meeting or been part of a group that just wasn't working? Did you leave wondering how groups can increase engagement and hear from everyone? Liberating Structures (LS), a set of over 30 facilitation activities, elicit group interactions for meaningful outcomes – such as solving problems, generating ideas, making sense of challenges, and planning for the future.
Participate in this introductory workshop to learn a variety of different Liberating Structures. You'll experience structures firsthand, as well as get tips about how to implement LS immediately in your work. Participants will also leave with access to available resources, including other LS users across Grounds.
This workshop is introductory and may not be the best fit for those who've already participated in previous OE Liberating Structures workshops.
If you register but become unable to attend, please let us know by emailing [email protected]. We appreciate you letting us know of such changes as far in advance as possible. We look forward to seeing you at the session!
