The HR Strategic Design Initiative aims to create a long-term strategic vision and a high-performing, efficient model for HR to advance the University's goals and priorities. Project leadership recently announced team leads for the various workstreams.

Team leads met with project leaders and executive sponsors on August 18th to participate in a team-lead onboarding session. They outlined critical work and priorities for next year, as well as envisioned future-state service models that deliver highly efficient HR services. Review the team lead workstream summaries.
