This class discusses Bill George's concept of authentic leadership and outline a plan for participants to discover their own authentic leadership style, using Professor George's book, Finding Your True North. In the book, Mr. George, a Harvard professor, provides a comprehensive and very personal program for finding leadership success. It is not necessary to have read the book. Both in-class and take-away activities to reinforce the content will be provided.
