Jack is recognized for excellence in customer service and problem-solving approach to help a student which made a lasting impression upon a parent.  As a result of his creative solution and extra effort, a student was able to receive his passport in a timely manner in order to pursue his academic endeavors without interruption.  His personal attention to the situation - from timely return of calls, personally tracking the package, and then having the package sent to Newcomb for ease of pickup - provided a sense of relief for the parent. The mother stated she is proud to have her son attend an institution where care and professionalism are demonstrated at the very highest level.  His actions demonstrate that everyone has the opportunity to support the student academic experience.
