Recap: Prosci Change Management Certification Workshop

Recap: Prosci Change Management Certification Workshop

OE sponsored a three-day Prosci Change Management certification workshop from April 17-19. Eighteen participants from diverse areas across Grounds learned skills and tools to drive successful change initiatives within their respective areas and University-wide. Participants learned the fundamentals of change and change management, as well as how to apply a research-based methodology and toolset to current projects in their area.

Scott Siler, IT User Education and Transition Services and instructor at the University of Notre Dame's School of Business, served as the cohort's higher education partner to offer practical guidance for real-life situations. The certification provides participants the ability to understand how effective change management improves organizational results and articulate the value to change management to peers and leaders.
